According to a post in the Daily Mail’s live blog, Ramsay is ‘joining’ the League One side. The Reds were said to be impressed by how they had helped prepare Connor Bradley for first-team football and that played a huge part in their decision.

Great news - now plenty of depth on the wings and our CB/WB tweeners can focus on CB

Ogbeta and Ramsay, great signings in areas where we (currently) lack much cover.  

JDC has had a great season but deserves and probably needs a breather.  Not sure he can play much better whereas if Ramsay plays to his potential he can.

Matheson promising but maybe a loan to another L1 club or top end L2 will get him some game time.

Hasn’t played any real football since leaving semi-pro football in Scotland.

Scottish young player of the season before Liverpool paid ~5m for him - if he can stay fit he should be plenty good enough.
