Remember he bounced a cheque on my mates mechanics in south shore after he'd recovered his motor.

Best recent story I heard was him getting flowers delivered to a lass at hotel and the florist tapped the club for the money

Given his earnings, that he's SO broke is a great concern.

It's affected his work, his family, his friends.

Honestly I fear for him. One day he may give his head a shake at all the various lost opportunities & goodness knows his reaction.

Bizarrely I've got his old petrol lawnmower in my shed.

My mate did rewire at his old house and he'd left it behind when he moved. The new people had artificial grass done.

(It's free to a good home if anyone wants it)

It only mows sideways and backwards mind.

I'm think it needs new spark plugs.

It worked but now it doesn't. It pulls as if to go but doesn't fire up. It's got juice and oil in it.

He can have it for nowt as its only gathering dust in my rather porous shed

It’s normally the carb that needs cleaning. They get crap in them from mowing and then get left. Normally a simple job and instructions on YouTube. Should this be in a separate lawnmower thread? 😂
