I don't know anything about this, but I don't quite understand the first point: Surely that wouldn't be in his gift, and other players would continue to do it, even if he didn't want to?

Was my daughters favourite till she watched us on telly and noticed that that curly mop appears to be hiding a growing bald spot. 

Was all for the lad to do well at Huddersfield until first tackle and he theatrically threw himself to the ground

He moaned to the powers that be most likely Evatt who probably passed it on to Neil Hart and all of a sudden birthday treats not an option,  Evatt may have seen it as an distraction the players didn't need but it was mainly down to DC...

According to that article he took the lead on two massive decisions last month (signing Randall and appointing SS). Now he's gone.

Compare and contrast the eulogy Evatt received on the club's site with the very lukewarm "Chris contributed to the club's development... we're thankful for his committment during his tenure."

Not much of anything that has happened this season has made any sense.

He was used as a stick to beat Evatt with for a long time and today he’s playing in the National League North. Either Schumacher is as oblivious as Evatt or we should have a little more faith in professional people who see players train every day. 

This isn’t a post to defend Evatt. And I genuinely hope Matheson finds his level and has a good career.

I heard a while back that he was now focusing on his studies rather than football
