We've just won promotion using a gaggle of players nobody else wanted, littered with injury plagued loanees and players that were cast as cart horses, one trick ponies and generally weak as piss.

  • Like when we went up from league 2, we needed tried and tested players from that specific division/level to deal with the task in hand. Doyle and Sarcs etc. We need exactly the same in this divis

Might be because there's a sniff of him going back to Barnsley

tbh. I'd turn down a loan to Oldham.

Aye.

Can understand his thinking there!

He is at a crossroads now- his performances and stock are falling.

Does he stay, and take the money, then have no credibility later, or take the chance on a loan elsewhere.

We've seen that he can score a goal or two- some good finishes in there- and he doesn't get a lot of passes when he makes runs.

At the same time though, he just doesn't seem able, or willing, to push himself and make more of a mark in games.

I thought he was off to Stoke. Now it's Barnsley. No fucker has any idea.

I believe we still owe Luton for him anyway

Send him back there.

Christie would be the 3rd signing that's played for Hull very recently to add to Burstow and Simons.  Could just be a coincidence or maybe someone knows someone that knows someone.

Did anyone else think it was deadline day today  ?

Old Firm ended 0 - 0. Dire.

I’d be surprised if the little pisscan gives a fuck. He will end up like vela. Total waste because he’d sooner party

Last year's exits.

I'll put this here.... Santos bust his knee in his first proper outing for Swansea.

I hadn't taken on board that Collins brought his arm in his first MK Don's match. Last week apparently Gethin Jones did the same at MK.

Etete got a new loan to Rotherham where he played two games before getting a groin injury. Sounds familiar.

Lolos seems to have escaped this curse but has been dropped to the bench by struggling Peterborough.

Baxter upgraded to Watford but I don't think he's even been on their bench yet.

Matete returned to Sunderland, where he seems to have disappeared.

Alex Murphy returned to Newcastle where he's light-years from getting a 1st team game. He's surely looking for another loan.

That was a totally different McAteer who'd interested Stoke last January.

Let the piss pot rot in the reserves.

Is there any need for that? Come on there’s just no need for abuse.

I think there was someone on here claiming he was going there yesterday

There was. It was bllx.

If he upgraded a division then good for him ... and us. But he's done nothing to achieve that.

Yes, I know

It seemed that was the point being made

Is he really a piss can, or is this hearsay?

Whatever the case, he doesn't have to leave on loan if he doesn't want to.

If he has been told he is no longer in the manager's plans, then it would be daft not to, but as yet, we don't know if that's what he's been told.

Haha.

Abu Collins.

Fckg Auto-incorrect.

Broke ... as I'm sure we know.

All for this 2 up top especially at home, may leave us light in the middle away though.

actually sick of this no.10 talk, we’ve no one who can play it, so fuck the idea off. Dempsey really is the last hope for it, but he only plays 10-15 games a season if we’re lucky.

4, 4 fucking 2

2 lumps at the back, 2 lumps in the middle, 2 lumps (with brains) up top will get us climbing the league.

If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs....

Long overdue a re watch of that film.

Same sources people take stuff as gospel so assume it’s correct.

Cheese does it on a regular basis!

McAtee is shit. End of story

Story was that he appeared at training canned up a few times last season. Also that, at least once, on match day.

He was given a 'never again' warning by Schoo.

That, of course, is not verifiable by me. He certainly returned fitter & slimmer which suggests he'd turned a corner.

Pity he doesn't turn more shots in
