February 22, 20179 yr Mowbray was fantastic at Hibs but coincided with a load of kids coming through (Scott Brown, Steven Fletcher, Stephen Whittaker, Derek Riordan, Garry O'Connor, Kevin Thomson) who were all good technical players but more importantly played with zero fear which coupled nicely with his style of play. Done little since and amazed he's still getting gigs.

I'd say the only manager in the last 40 years who has made a genuine impact is - I'm sorry to say - old Whisky Nose. Ancelotti and Brian Clough come close.
