The overwhelming majority are Muslims lets not beat about the bush, we keep appeasing we will continue to reap what we sow. Government must make tough decisions ones which will help protect our citizens. Do you think extreme Muslims inside U.K. communities will work with the local community worker? Will they bollocks, even moderate Muslims are scared to say anything within the community for fear of reprisals. The root of their beliefs isn't the problem, us being under attack and our children in fear is. This isn't about the Muslim faith, it's about armed extremists threatening our society. It needs to be fought like a war not an integration exercise. The hard truth is you cannot stop a determined suicide bomber..other than intercepting before it gets to that stage. You can do that in two ways. One intelligence and preventing him from doing it. Two, stopping the radicalisation of young men. I'd say we do both. You cannot fight a war, these people aren't there. They aren't open. They're hidden. Not always even in this country. There isn't a war to fight. We can either pretend that a traditional military response, something we've tried for best part of two decades will work...despite the fact it has unquestionably made things worse. Or face up to it that we cannot do more than try and prevent these attacks using the best intelligence possible, whilst longer term working to reduce the number of nutters converted by radical elements. It is with extremists of all types. And we have tried bombing, killing and force to stem the tide, and it hasn't worked. The cycle must be broken somehow. I will never accept any argument that seeks to divide people as again that will, and history shows this time and time again, only make things much, much worse. Quote

What does that mean? I suspect seen as little or no risk is what it means. If known at all. Unlikely to admit that our intelligence service have no clue who he is as that would be counter-productive even if it is the truth. Quote
