Sweep Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 Japan have the right idea........do they get accused of racism etc by soppy wet fart liberals ? No....they just don't budge a single inch, which explains their relative peace compared to ours and Europe, fair play to them. https://mobile.twitter.com/truthBtold4000/status/867011463046737920/photo/1 Come on S, even you know that most if that is utter, utter bollocks Quote
SnoopJohnnyJohn Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 Ariana Grande has offered to pay for all the funerals for all of the victims of the attack. Wonderful gesture, in my opinion. Quote
Sweep Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 Ariana Grande has offered to pay for all the funerals for all of the victims of the attack. Wonderful gesture, in my opinion. Incredible But it will be twisted by some, as some sort of tax dodge or attention seeking, or furthering of her career Quote
Zico Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 I thought Arianna Grande was a Microsoft Word font till all this happened Quote
SnoopJohnnyJohn Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 Incredible But it will be twisted by some, as some sort of tax dodge or attention seeking, or furthering of her career No doubt it will, but the families are the ones who's opinions matter on this, and I'm sure they will be eternally grateful. It's hard enough losing loved ones, but it's always blown my mind that the first thing you need to do is start worrying about what kind of send-off you can afford to give them. Quote

Casino Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 I'm sure arianna Grande has been hit really hard by this Not only cos she could've been amongst the dead but also cos she will feel indirectly responsible I still wouldn't recognise one of her songs Quote
ZiggyStardust Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 Incredible But it will be twisted by some, as some sort of tax dodge or attention seeking, or furthering of her career And anyone who does this is a cunt of the highest order. Its a wonderful gesture. Quote
gonzo Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 I burst in to tears at that BBC report before when they described all the victims named so far. Sat there crying in front of my fucking kids. First time they've probably seen me cry. Every single one a complete tragedy in its own right. 3 kids lost their mother, 2 kids lost both parents, mums and dads losing their kids etc etc. Absolutely horrendous Quote
jturner Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 Quite interesting to me is that of 14 named victims and the murderer only the murderer is a Mancunian. Quote
Sweep Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 Quite interesting to me is that of 14 named victims and the murderer only the murderer is a Mancunian. That's not interesting, it's massively irrelevant Quote

It isn't bollocks unless you include people from Bury, Oldham or Stockport as Mancunians i dont. Anyway its nothing to get upset about, just something that interested me Quote

stevieb Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 One of our colleagues was mates with 2 of the victims waiting for their daughters. Daughters made it home safely. How horrendous must that have been to explain. Really sombre in work today, had sniffer dogs scan the building, metal detectors on entry etc. to try and put peoples mind at rest. Nipped out on dinner to have a sandwich sat on the triangle, could hear a pin drop. Really strange feel for that part of town on a nice day. Quote
Guest Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 (edited) So, there's 3,000 of them in the uk I guess we know who most of them are, but don't have the manpower to track them 24/7. What's wrong with putting a tag on each of them? Edited May 24, 2017 by boltondiver Quote
MancWanderer Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 Horrible today at MRI. Saw plenty of families, relatives, etc. Absolutely heart-rending. They are "existing" in a world of their own. Lots of charitable acts though. ASDA turned up with food for staff and relatives and as I was leaving a local shopkeeper turned up with trays of bottled water and cereal bars. So nice to see. Struggling to comprehend what on earth the families and relatives are going through. Can't even think about the politics and potential solutions after seeing all that today. My thoughts are purely with the poor, poor families. Bless them all Quote
kent_white Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 What's wrong with putting a tag on each of them? I'd imagine the element of doubt on the minds of a terrorist about whether or not they're being tracked is one of the few things which tilt the odds in the favour of the security services. Once you're tagged - you know they're onto you and are less likely to lead intelligence to other members of the cell. That would be my guess anyway. Quote
gonzo Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 So, there's 3,000 of them in the uk I guess we know who most of them are, but don't have the manpower to track them 24/7. What's wrong with putting a tag on each of them? Bang on. There's lads that have had a scuffle at a football match handing their passports when England play, not allowed near town and city centres on any match day etc. These cunts can roam free. If you have any link and I mean any link to terrorism you should be placed on a tag. Quote
Whites man Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 So, there's 3,000 of them in the uk I guess we know who most of them are, but don't have the manpower to track them 24/7. What's wrong with putting a tag on each of them? What the security forces are doing worked for 12 years but some loss of civil liberties is a small price to pay to stop scenes like Monday's. For a start known returnee jihadis should be interned immediately. It has to be done in a way that does not alienate Muslims in general but some already feel alienated enough to massacre children. gonzo Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 How about people stop having scuffles at football matches and free the Police up to go after the terrorists? How about we allow jihadi Rovers in the football league and make them play Millwall away every week? Quote
