No articles about it are unbiased in reality. Everyone has a view be it conscious or sub conscious. The very notion that their exists and unbiased article out these is nonsense.

people try to pass some off as unbiased to reinforce their own biased views in reality.

True.

I'd have to catch barnier after a few ales, and see if he'd spill the beans.

Just seen an article claiming the EU is desperate to extend the transition period and have us paying into their bailout fund.

It wasn't written by an unbiased individual though, so could be bunkum.

They do want that, as part of their stop Brexit strategy

I might be missing something here

What does the Nissan news add to UK output?

Your loudmouth mate Femi did such an intelligent report pre Brexit about how vital it was to keep the plant open, saying the jobs would be lost if we left the EU.......has gone a bit quiet on that one now

Also, people have forgotten that Theresa May (billed widely as 'the new Maggie Thatcher!' at the time) gave Nissan a tax-funded bribe to convince them not to go. It was almost certainly politically motivated at the time, but these sorts of agreements don't just go away because there's a change of Prime Minister.

We could of not bribed them and ended up like the Barcelona factory. Well done Theresa you got something right. You seem upset government money has helped keep the factory open... strange that... perhaps not it’s you after all.

Feel for the government over there. Criticised initially for a slightly anti EU position, then, like all countries, hit by this.

Can't do right for doing wrong.

Just like here, too strict, not strict enough etc.

Hard-hitting journalism there

"The Mayor of London Sadiq Khan has call for the EU transition to be extended. Hardline Remainers just won’t accept defeat."

"The Mayor of London should be focused on the current the health epidemic rather than UK-EU trade talks."

Has call? Current the health epidemic?

About the level of quality of journalism I'd expect from a site called Westmonster

Tbh, last weeks 'great news' was anything but

It was just presented as such by people who can't see past headlines

If and when Sunderland starts laying off, it'll be a victim of covid, anyway

Perhaps you’d prefer Sunderland had same outcome as Barcelona, course it’s good news, you nugget.

Eh?

That makes no sense.

You couldn’t post quick enough about the news Nissan weren’t shutting the plant down.

Aren’t you a little concerned about what their CEO said earlier this week?

Nope. It’s a little shot across the bows for the Tories to make sure a deal is done that protects Nissan.

So now brexit is about protecting the financial interests of a Japanese carmaker?

Well that’s ok then.

He’s gone now.

Be combing the internet for an article that says Silicon Valley is being relocated to the Outskirts of Doncaster to take advantage of a free trade tariff on motherboards and pullovers.

It’s only a matter of time, French unions and high wages in France makes it a certainty.

Hopefully it’ll be Lancashire’s... bollocks to Yorkshire.
