What is happening at the Irish border?

As concerned as I am about deliveries from the continent, we still have a small number of Eire customers to send things to.

Will it be seamless? Our transport manager just laughs when I ask.

Do you not find it odd that when we get snippets of info about where the divergences lie that this is never mentioned? The border that is? Tells me it’s been agreed. But what that means could be a wide range of things.

I mean postponing the leave date. But in saying that the deal clearly needs a little bit more time. No point in rushing something g as big as this.
 

We can’t just kick the can down the road however to simply delay as that’s achieving nowt.

Oh I know exactly what’s going on, this is a brutal negotiation, weakness will get us no where, that’s why we have to use every tool in our armoury, one of those being the threat to go WTO (walk away) its very possible that if we don’t we won’t get the very best deal.
