The plaintiff has had ample time to produce the evidence that he said he already had. It is the finding of this court that the failure of the plaintiff to show this evidence means that the evidence did not, in fact, ever exist. The plaintiff’s pleas regarding private messaging are circumstantial at best, fictional at worst. The court can therefore advise the jury to find the defendant Not Guilty of the charges. The plaintiff is fortunate that the Judge is a bit pissed and quite likes him, otherwise he would be found guilty of contempt. The court awards victory to @mickbrown who may now post a BOOM and claim his reach around In summary, I’m a bit pissed. But don’t fuck with the WWays court of kangaroo justice.
