“I went without Sky TV as a child” 🤣

He really doesn’t have a fckn clue.

Tories would have done better with someone like Suella at the helm. Reform could be ahead in the polls at this rate.

Don't see anyone here which is a pity as I could do with the sport, we're a Blue Pig constituency... they even put a statue of Thatcher in a local town.

The struggle to afford the fees for Winchester College must've been harrowing

Let's not forget that there's plenty of scumbags with a full sky package who don't work and milk the state for every benefit penny they can get. I reckon the likes of them will be the first waving their pitchforks at this.

Don't you mean owd, thick racists or are you upping the ante?

The Tory manifesto is not worth the paper it is written on.

20 new prisons? Just more lies. See 40 new hospitals they previously promised.

More Community police? Desperate attempt to look bothered about law and order. The last major review showed that 6% of burglaries result in a conviction.

Rwanda flights? £500 million for a couple hundred people. A waste of money.

who actually believes anything they say?

They know they don't have a chance, and they don't seem to give a fuck either. They should have gone to town on their manifesto and promised all sorts of utter non-costed bollocks (pretty much like Reform have) - but maybe even gone a step further, and promised a 2 day working week and/or something else equally ridiculous

The party seems to hate itself at the moment, nevermind the public, is Sunak the only person actually campaigning at the moment? Everyone seems to have fled.

Can I read into this that you believe that the Labour manifesto is a melange of promises which will be kept?

Or maybe you are just more inclined to convince yourself of their veracity because the time has come for a change?

I'll give it six months from the GE and the crosshairs will be focussed on a new target.

Every town and city should have one.

Not at all, in fact I doubt any party has ever stuck to the manifesto they put out - they're all full of shit when it comes down to it, it just different degrees of shit. See somebody like Reform happily put together a totally ridiculous manifesto that would be impossible to work with, because they know they'll never have to deliver against it. The Tory and Labour ones are at least costed, generally, but even they won't stick to them.

There was only one family with sky on our street when I was a kid. Think it was BSkyB.

I used to go and watch the Simpsons there on a Sunday morning as my brother played footy with the lad.

In your face.

I'd agree if it was this one outside my local library
