As I said, Reform doesn’t have a chance of getting into power. You are a brave boy, take it as a compliment I find it hard to completely isolate the party from the person. Especially when the likes of Farage are involved. But I get the point you're making. Who is the candidate out of interest? Edited June 13, 2024 by London Wanderer Quote

We know Sunak can’t but wanting Labour in just because the Tory’s have been so shit is a poor state of affairs when deciding who runs the country. If enough people feel that way Labour will win, that’s democracy and like it or not we’ll all have to accept it but I do genuinely fear that the slide will just get bigger. Like it or not it’s a fact that EVERY Labour government in history has left this country poorer than they found it but this time there’s no money to start with so if that doesn’t worry you then nothing will. Where I'm at, Tory party member, but how can I bring myself to vote for the shambles it currently is. Sunak is only Prime minister as there weren't any others left, he's shown himself incapable of leadership again and again. Starmer just sits on the fence, still trying to find his policies on education, aside from trying to fook it over by forcing thousands back into state education which is a broke system, and 6500 more teachers, no idea where they'll come from as hardly anyone wants to teach. Voting independent this time more than likely, the only emails I've had from Tory HQ are begging for money and nothing about who the local candidates are. Weak government, weak opposition, what a sad state we're in. Quote

BobyBrno Posted June 13, 2024 Posted June 13, 2024 (edited) ‘On the Giro’ 😊 Only Angela Rayner and a handful of the audience would know what that means. It’s the Yorkshiremen syndrome again! Edited June 13, 2024 by BobyBrno Quote

Pretty sure you said you would, then you wouldn’t accept certain posters words on here as to who BB had voted. Basically you lied saying you didn’t bet, made a silly bet and now it look like you’re back tracking on giving a kids charity some money. Looking a bigger cunt than usual at the minute which is quite the achievement. Quote

Starmer sits on the fence yet is saying private schools should pay VAT, not exactly sitting on the fence then. Oh and when will people realise that VAT is a two way tax? If you charge it you claim it also, 20% increase in private school fees is fucking bollocks. Disengenuous bullshit. Quote

Some schools are considering getting round it by asking for payment in advance. That would reduce the amount raised. That would be tax avoidance though, so not sure if it would work. Quote
