Tomlin on in 78, subbed on 90 ????   Fuck off you mard little tubby cunt ????

  • First 75 minutes were awful, then Ameobi took the game by the scruff of the neck and we thoroughly deserved the win, Cardiff were biz. Buckley was terrible Taylor was a big improvement on Robinson. Th

Well that was rather pleasant. A tad boring in parts and looked liked 0-0 all day long.

Dirty Warnock Bastards!

Great win madine is a very decent championship player he’s our player of season without a doubt

really? I just don't see it

Pratley's best game of the season.

Ex-Swansea so understandable ????

Never saw that result coming in a million years. Superb!!

I know I’m biased but the cracking assist...

He shit his pants :D

Didn’t even draw the defender in

It’ll do for me today but let’s not call it what it wasn’t

No one did superb before

Wtf!! Yes you are biased!

He simply looked up and played a great pass into vela as far as i could see??

It comes to something when hes being slated for giving shit assists .

He continues to be a bloody good player for us this season.

Pratley MOM for me though today. Absolutely monumental.

Answers on a postcard as to why we are in bottom 3. We need miles better. I’m not singling Madine out but if he’s one of our best players, we are not staying up

Brilliant result. Couldn't believe how comfortably we defended the 1-0 lead.

Ameobi was different class in the second half.

How they are 2nd in the league I have no idea.

Can’t knock the desired result

But he didn’t even draw in the defender, he shit it

Watch it again from an angle of all of it

And if you still don’t get it then, I give up

I can only assume he thought it had come off a Bolton player, checked with ref and got it right.

From my spot right behind the goal madine had 2 options a difficult shot with a narrow angle or a lay off to Vela for a tap in.

You'd like to think most forwards would go for the 2nd option.

Taylor impressed me today after I was concerned over his return. Admittedly Robinson was bobbins against Burton.

he missed a really obvious one not long before that but never gave it before spooned it out of play

He did so, you would think, under pressure from the lad about 10 yards offside

Baffling, however these laws about being active etc don’t help the officials. It was much better when you were off or not - irrespective

Who vandalised the coach? Come on, admit it!

it was the right ball to play, and we scored - so happy days

However, no attempt to draw the player in or look confident in his decision making - he panicked and played it.

It’s not that it was a problem, but he shouldn’t be massively praised for it as anyone off here could’ve done that as well. For me Noone was he pivotal one for that goal. Who cares though

Credit where it’s due - very good pen though

snow spray

Don’t know whether it was because we played well or Cardiff were shite - or probably a bit of both - but we made that look effortless as if we’re racking up routine wins like that every week.

Never looked in any danger at all and let’s be honest how often at Christmas would you be playing against second in the league and restrict them to not a single shot on target in the entire 90 minutes. Take a bow all concerned on that front. Little had a good game and Taylor understandably just has so much more of a calming presence than Robinson.

Pratley and Henry both excellent again. Would have loved Pratley to have got just a bit more of a connection with that cross in the second half or even have had someone a bit sharper at the back post to have got him an assist.

Madine was absolutely imperious by the way. Make no mistake their centre backs were big buggers and they’ll know they’ve been in a game today, which is one hell of a compliment for a lone striker. Took his penalty well and was very cool for the assist for Vela’s goal.

Warnock is quoted on the BBC website disputing the penalty which is ridiculous given the bloke had his hands above his head. “When you come up against a side like Bolton you need a strong referee and I think he was weak today. I thought some of the challenges were horrendous early doors and I think we've had more bookings than them.” He mustn’t have been watching some of the shithousing they were up to. Having watched from NSL, Manga’s foul on Ameobi would be a straight red anywhere else on the field where the ref might have had a better view or bigger pair of bollocks. "With Tomlin I took him off at 2-0 and I could see what [Karl] Henry and Pratley were doing to wind him up and get him sent off, so why not get him off? We'd lost the points, we didn't want to lose a player as well." Of course Warnock would never approve of such tactics.

Did anyone else notice how long the Cardiff fans spent booing Henry for being ex-Swansea before they realised that he’s a different person to Pratley?

A very satisfactory afternoon.

There was much more commitment today , still a lack of strategy but a big improvement,

First half we were the better team but second half they came out stronger and up to about 70 minutes I was hoping we could just keep a clean sheet.

Cardiffs substitutions seemed to play into our hands as we then came more into the game and got the penalty and looked more dangerous, We looked comfortable and the second goal made the final minutes enjoyable , for a change.

Just concerned Henry and pratley are running up a big yellow card tally and they will be jointly missed when suspended.

Overall Happy

Never saw that result coming in a million years. Superb!!

Would've been happy with a draw beforehand but was surprised how shit Cardiff were

Almost as bad as Beevers distribution, but that's my only complaint today

Shite game till the goal. I’ll take a win like that every week though.

Not arsed whether Cardiff are 2nd or not they were crap and I would of been disappointed not to beat a team that poor.

We really have enough to stay up. It’s up to PP and the owner to deliver the rest in my opinion

Yeah I agree.

We have shown a number of times what we are capable of against strong teams at home.

But it’s up to Parky and the players to motivate themselves to do it against the smaller teams, and do it away from home.

After we got beat by Wolves, Parkinson came out with a comment that they were the best team in this division and will win it easily.

Warnock picked up on this, and said to the effect, don't know how Parkinson can say that, they haven't seen us yet.

We have now

Lack of strategy.

We beat second in league. Something might be right.

They did not score. Even better.

They did not have a shot on goal. Surely some strategy ?

We have more than enough to stay up

I kind of agree. If we can find a way of getting another 15 points away this season, the home form will keep us up. Need a few away wins and soon

3 much needed points , happy days , be belting to follow it up with a result against them smoggie bastards boxing day.
