That’s if it’s still Tyrers. Tyrer’s have got a nice little gig running the match day buses. No chance they’d jeopardise that for the sake of one K&F trip to Swansea.

The same fee that probably paid DH shares off. If you think Ken is taking money out of the club for himself whilst not paying his staff or contractors due wages then again that’s fair enough but you have no basis. There was nothing mythical about the £525k, it was in the accounts. What we don’t know is how much in the following 2 financial years. I believe significantly more. As for taking money out whilst not paying staff and suppliers? Add Paul Aldridge’s fees also. He Always gets paid. Basis? You’ll have to take my word. If not, fair enough.

To be honest I’m just trying to find the best out of shit situation. I’ve no doubt the man is bent as a 9 bob note, I was warned numerous times by a good friend of mine who is a major shareholder at Southampton. But I’ve always seen him as a necessary evil and so far by hook or by crook he’s achived his remit. Weve just got to hope all this is down to the takeover, because if it isn’t, it’s admin. Then shit really will hit the fan. The rats will jumping ship before iles has tweeted the ships sinking.

I have a customer who is an agent (mainly rugby and other sports) and did business with him before he took over here. He told me then that he was bent and do not, under any circumstances do business with him. I, like you, originally thought that he was, as you say, a necessary evil but as I’ve got to know more about him I’ve changed my mind. Things can change quickly and early next week we could all have a different outlook. Here’s hoping.

Unfortunately the sale process has introduced a divergence which has separated this. Whether he cares or not is not relevant, this is a transaction KA will still seek to get the best for himself. One thing for sure is he cannot afford to play the long game, any prospective purchaser knows that and might even be happy to go info admin to save a few million, its not just KA calling the shots. The good news is this cannot go on indefinately, KA cant afford to be in charge now all wells have run dry despite his best efforts to reduce costs. Nothing fans can do but wait, guess things will be resolved one way or another relatively quickly and people can go back to sending Nixon their betting slips.

royal white Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 Is Super John really having a go at someone for not paying wages? He’s the last person who should be giving financial advice

We're not though, and if we were he wouldn't be selling What's best for KA has been not sacking PP, because it saves him money Likewise, rather than coughing up 250k for Doidge in January, he sent him back, leaving us a man down up front for the rest of the season
MancWanderer Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 Couldn’t resist posting this. It’s a classic man in in the pub itk Whatsapp conversation that I’ve just had with my brother. He’s in Bolton I’m not. He’s Citeh so no opinion one way or the other from him Here’s the conversation Brother: Just had a chat with ********** ***** in the pub. Wanderers deal in the media is total bollocks. Tabling 3 deals to board on Monday. Expected sale by end of week. 🤔 Me: What exactly did he say? Brother. The directors had dragged up the details from a previous deal to appease the media until they get one of the 3 new deals over the line. Tried quizzing him further but he wasn't having it. He'd been at it since 5am and further talks tomorrow. Funny that cos shouty shouty Jim white talksport were reporting the ghost deal this morning and had McGinley on as he's been banned from the club 😆 What an absolute shambles 🤪 Me; Totally confused. So was the deal that was reported to go through false? Brother: Yep false deal. ***** sits in with the board. Classic man in the pub itk stuff but my brother has no agenda re BWFC If what he says is true I’m really confused!!!!
mickbrown Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 The last paragraph is a give away that it's bollox I hope the sale goes through quick so you all get paid, but by not paying you I get to talk to two other fuckers and delay the sale even more? Makes absolutely no sense.
Take Hunt Off Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 (edited) Its getting late for working out the asteriths ....& pub talk is cheap but Though pissed I'm getting a warm feeling from this or maybe I ve just pissed down my own leg? Biggish Dave Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 What a whopper Bonnar is. Hopefully a new buyer soon comes in and fucks these imbeciles off. Are they really a bunch of amateurs? We all know the answer to that. Wrong horse bolted
gonzo Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 Like clock work Bonnar is. Finish work at 5, few in the boozer on the way home. Picks up 8 pint cans and a bottle of wine just in case. Nails the fuckin lot, knocks one out over niche shit, sticks on a bit of simon and garfunkle and steams right in to twitter for some pissed up ramblings. Wife comes in from her 8 Pilates session with Denzil and finds him pissing in his own wardrobe.
