I could feel the disinterested shoulder shrug down the phone line. If I hadn't rung I would have lost them seats. My advice to anyone who thinks they've been renewed is to check your account and/or ring. Not said with any malice but new owners, same numpties in the Office Calling any of the staff numpties after last few months is pretty shit in my opinion. Season tickets normally sorted over a few months and they've got a couple of weeks. Snowed under basically. The e-mail asks me to download it and save it to either an Apple Pay or a Google Pay account. But when I try to download it I just get a message which reads "Something went wrong.
