Who’s in?  Not had one for 10 years (s*** fan), but 100% this time.  Don’t know what you’ve missed until it’s (almost) gone.

In with my 2 boys.

relocating to the ESL

Just to be sure, as long as you didn’t cancel your direct debit from last season, it will auto renew with our same seats?

I did direct debit last year and cancelled at the end of the season.

rang today to pay upfront and the direct debit scheme was set up and the tickets already renewed - you have to cancel it at the club as well.

so she cancelled and rebought the seats so I could pay all at once.

one of the tickets was an under 12 which is £42, but you have to pay an additional £15 admin per ticket for the direct debit scheme !!

Well buy it up front

It's not difficult

It is difficult when you've had a d/d set up that you don't want, you can't get through on the phones, your e-mails haven't been replied to & work gets in the way of having to make an unnecessary 80 mile return trip in person!

Exactly - its easier said than done !!

In the words of Diana Ross, I'm still waiting

You and I have similar issues

However, if you're on the phone to them, you say, I'll buy the kids one on my card, thanks

Two of the original contacts for corporate sales no longer work for BWFC so you may need to phone instead of email

I cancelled my DD. But apparently it will still work.

Lets see.

Same

changed banks and let it die when fuck head still had ownership

they will

probably contact you/us when DD defected to issue bank details

I spoke to bank they said would be ok.

But the lad on phone sounded a fuck wit.

Trouble was, when everything went to shit, if you'd informed the club you were cancelling a DD, there was a lack of confidence that anything would happen.

That's why I made sure I stopped it at the bank.

Done mine👍

Just listened to liam briddcutt interview...interviewer said 7K season tickets sold.

Nobody had come back to me so tried calling

3 minutes on hold and got it sorted

He said a few had been auto renewed on non existent DDs

Official account on Facebook just said over 7500 sold now

I'd love to know who's included in the numbers.  We've got 4 season tickets, 2 adults were on D/D and 2 kids paid up front.  We've cancelled the D/Ds and not got round to telling them we will be renewing 1 of the 2 'kids' yet (the other's emigrated).  So am I assumed to be renewing or assumed to be not renewing?  Either way the numbers are guesswork at this stage unless they are purely counting people that have physically renewed and discounting those that haven't got round to it yet.

Ticket office saying over 7500 sold so far, fucking fantastic effort.

I've not done owt yet and no payment gone out

So would I count to that 7.5k?

If you checl your account history it tells you if you have bought a ticket

I'd say if it says you have, you're in the figure

Just renewed mine, West Upper for me again.

Need to get up there tomorrow to sort. Says I’ve renewed 4 by DD yet I’ve paid upfront for two seasons and stopped the previously used DD mandate.

Will be sorted tomorrow anyhow, so in again and looking forward to the ride

Most of us wont have an account will we?  If you have a season ticket that you buy at the ticket office or over the phone, you might not need an account (out of loads of us that go regularly or occasionally, I'm the only one that can be bothered to buy occasional away tickets online).  I'm just surprised they've attempted to put a figure on it until at least the first week has past, unless they are trying to post good news on the basis that it attracts others to join in?

I agree that actual number could be lower if they have auto renewed people like me who had cancelled their DD.

Everyone with a season ticket will have an account of their own (linked to your client reference number on your card) that can be activated for using online and checking your purchase history and the like.
