Who’s in?  Not had one for 10 years (s*** fan), but 100% this time.  Don’t know what you’ve missed until it’s (almost) gone.

Think Blackpool stopped selling tickets because their capacity is about 15k and they don't know what percentage will be allowed in.

They stopped at 4k I got told

The Club can confirm the early bird period has now come to a close.

Due to the continued demand today and with the decision to cap at 4,000, the Club will suspend season ticket sales until further notice, while the Club processes all applications received prior to the 5pm deadline.

Wonder what would happen if that got posted on a Bolton Facebook group.

No chance. Folk would be frothing

Bought my ST on Tuesday but not had a link for the eTicket yet. Should it have come through immediately or will it follow in due course. Not panicking just wondering..

It will follow in due course.

Probably at least by the time you need it. They still have a couple of months.

Little tinker

I've emailed twice now, heard nowt and getting a bit panicky! I did have a missed call yesterday but no message and no reply when I've rang it back several times.  I'm trying to be patient but it's not easy

I wouldnt worry too much - if you already have a season ticket your seats are reserved

I'm in the same boat.

Apparently the ticket office line is closed which I'm bamboozled by????

Cos it'll never stop ringing

Use Internet

If it doesnt work, email

Thats what they asked us to do

Don't phone, do not turn up at the door

I know its frustrating and its shit the online isn't user friendly but they are understaffed

Yep. No walk ins or inbound calls. Only way to contact is through the email address & await a call

I was in the middle of a work meeting and asked for a call back in 30 minutes. A huff and “if I remember to” was the response until I explained why i couldn’t speak. She did ring back to be fair.

If you email more than once you go onto the impatient bellend waiting list and they phone you back last.

How many have we shifted so far?

Expect it to be 5k if not over by end of today? Maybe touching 5 and a half

All things considered if they removed the "early purchase deadline" it would ease things a bit.  I've been waiting for a call for a couple of days with a few queries.  I'm away next week and unlikely to be in a situation where I can respond at the exact time they ring me back. With no prospect of going to a game soon I don't care how long it takes but I'd be a bit miffed if it was getting near the deadline.  They should help the ticket office staff by extending the deadline as loads of folk will be going on hols in next week or 2.

Assume the early purchase deadline is due to the condensed buying window and it’s also in line with the start of the season (carabao cup fixture rather than 1st league game)? Also, first payment is due 10 days after so whatever admin processes need to be completed by then?

they’ve done maybe half of expected ST sales in a week so wouldn’t worry but is frustrating

Set up a few laptops in the hotel bar, 1 member of staff explaining how to do it online, coffee & biccies. Help out the older folk/not internet savvy.

Quicker & easier than phonecalls

Good idea. By appointment only, otherwise it could be a free for all.....

Not sure if the 33% maximum capacity is correct, but if it is, that will only allow just under 9500 fans in our ground, I wouldn't want to risk not buying a season ticket, especially if we've shifted best part of 5k since Monday.

Read government guidelines are 20% initially to rise to 30% based on X Y and Z

On that basis, 5.5k?

that was relating to the PL though so could be different lower down but don’t know how / why?
