  • Don’t think ever felt as proud to be a Bolton fan. 2 kids, the wife, peteski and my old man kicking and heading every ball at the end like it was the World Cup final.  We are in it together

  • Our lot gutted, but well done your kids - showed a lot of heart (and got stuck in). Good luck for the rest of the season.

Nah, I'm out. I'll wait until the season tickets are available.

Basically

People won’t pay £24 to watch the kids, times are hard, families to feed etc...

but would somehow be there in a shot if we had Aguero and Messi on the pitch.

Loyalty is subjective.

if you’re a fair weather type then fair enough. Just say so.

Wouldn't it be £48 with that calibre of player?

😉😉

See you in 2023

Dubious goals panel may have changed the own goalscorer here... Some strong suggestion it was Football Ventures who set the prices. Bad call... #bwfc

If they won't pay £24 for kids but paid the same for the shithouses playing for us last year...

Very much doubt that - they don't even own us.

They wouldn't have done if they were season ticket holders. But I get the gist of your point.

I was thinking the same about how we signed 3 players last week, who signed them if we have no owner to sign the loans off?

Breightmet, fuck the call to arms. If people can't be arsed coming because it's 24 quid and they've got the means to pay it, it's just beyond some arbitrary limit they set in their minds when we nearly went to the wall then fuck em.

We'll take their money when it's £52 a ticket when we're back in the big time!

Don't moan about shit on here or twitter or hogarths if you can't tip up this weekend.

Sorry, yes I’ve had a drink tonight, but I can’t understand why we can’t keep it going from Saturday till this weekend.  Sorry if I’ve upset anyone, I hope I’ve not emotionally blackmailed anyone too, but if we can afford a ticket let’s get there.

I hope you have emotionally blackmailed them!

Let's get as many through the doors as we can. Full lower tiers will be a good atmosphere, good chance of picking up points.

If people are moaning it's £4 more than they wanted to pay and the bus that traipses from all over has gone up a quid they can stay at home and listen to tower fm..... That'll turn out alright!

We were told last week, or even the week before, that prices were set and ready to be released once the takeover was complete.  Maybe Admin have just used those prices.

He knows full well why deal isn’t completing but won’t come out and say in print and would prefer to let everyone blame FV instead. And furthermore to stir this nonsense up and blame them for that too. He’s been reasonable for a while but true colours shining through again.

Do you know he’s wrong?

I could understand the outcry if it was £30 but £24 is about the current going rate.

Just a quick look on other clubs websites and you can see that.

Can you tell us what he knows that you are alluding too?

For those disenchanted with mega money football... Chorley are away this weekend if you want some cheap "real" football.

£17 pay on the day vs Sutton United.

This is why I don't get the outrage from some.  21-27 quid is about the going rate these days for league 1 footy, yet I've just seen Saturdays price described by Burnden Aces as 'eye watering'. Get to feck.  There's a whole other argument about whether footy is over priced in general, but 24 quid for us, in what would be a cat A match, is about right imo

No he doesnt.

Would you explain how/why somebody who doesn't own the club would be in a position to set pricing?
