How come he’s able to leave now but we he previously had his notice to leave rejected?

The story is that he handed his notice in during the summer, which the administrators appealed. It went to an independent panel as a result, and they found in his favour (presumably yesterday).

I’m becoming really concerned, anyone who thinks otzumer is the only one looking  for a route of the club must be living in cloud cuckoo land, if this ain’t done deal soon, the brightest young talents left will be looking for an out and can anyone blame them? We’ve lost 2 young keepers 1 to Wigan, 1 to Newcastle, Connell to Celtic, otzumer and magennis all for a pittance, were really in last chance saloon.

Agree Mounts we are goosed if the take over doesn't happen quickly now. Oztumer going will make no difference though but need to keep the young talent - that's a must.

A lot of folk were demanding he played last season but I don't think he's been much cop when he has TBH.

Over rated midget - now fuck off......

He's no loss bloody useless.

Bye, toddler cunt

Sure he did it in a shitty way, but would you want to stay with a manager who ignored you all of last season and looks to be staying in charge for this year too, at least he'll be off the wage bill now (provided the sale goes through).

Got plenty of chances last season, plus Wycombe this, & has been useless every time.

Having seen the spirit of the kids & the support from the fans, I thought he might try to redeem himself & show some leadership to the kids & give it a go. Instead he will be remembered as a failure & one of the striking shithouses. Fuck him.

No way... Politic, Zouma and Brockbank etc. would all die for the shirt. If the club goes tits up they'll be turning out for us on Moss Bank Park. Not like those cowardly cunts.

I’m presuming that post is tongue in cheek, (except Brockbank) if we hold on to those 2 much longer without a deal being agreed I’ll be very surprised.

He did well in this league previously. For whatever reason it's not happened for us. Shame, but he's gone now. No tears shed, sleep lost of toss given.

Bye.

You'd think he'd have hung on until the pantomime season starts.

Forget him... He's behind us now.

Hjs performances were always Wishy Washy and I bet we'd have got Buttons for him anyway.

Used to go missing at times.. never seemed to go to the ball.

Even if we sold him for £1m, we wouldn’t see any of it surely?

As we are in administration, I imagine it would just mean more pence in the pound for creditors rather than getting reinvested on the pitch

Off to London where the streets are lined with gold.

Apparently he didn't play against Coventry because he'd been wearing slippers that were too small for him & ended up with ugly blisters.

Is that the case, or does it go to running costs?

There must be another pay day fast approaching

To be fair, I’m making assumptions

If you were a creditor being told your only getting £30k rather than £100k, you’d not be too pleased if next minute £1m is coming in as a transfer fee and you not getting a penny of it, it’s essentially an asset sale. I thought the administrators where here to look after creditors first and foremost

any-road, this pay day, can’t be much now surely with only 2 / 3 pros left? £100k - £150k a month including non playing staff? You’d like to think the gate receipts could cover that. Then again, you’d think the creditors would have a claim on gate receipts as well I suppose, however you could say they are ongoing business operations, not asset sales.
