August 31, 20197 yr This shows how far we've got to go to get competitive. We've got 5 players with Championship experience in the team and we're being overrun by a Div 1 team without a win yet. That's not a criticism, its a realisation that we probably only have 2 outfield players (Lowe and Hobbs) that are currently good enough for Div 1. Politic is probably going to be good enough, fingers crossed. But its clear we need 10 good Div 1 players to sign in September, not 4 or 5.

August 31, 20197 yr Heard Luke Murphy mentioned once, and lowe maybe a couple of times. Are these first team seniors contributing enough or is it difficult with so many youngsters? Hobbs out of shape by the sounds of things, needs games, but the others?

August 31, 20197 yr Really disappointed with the contribution of the senior lads. Had high hopes for Murphy and Lowe but not seen much so far. Especially as they are centre midfield and can have a big contribution.
