You’re right it is, but it’s not institutionalised racism because they’ve asked him, he doesn’t know the questions, they may have wanted his point of view from a black footballer who’s suffered it whilst on the pitch 

If it was a white footballer on there would he have called them racist because they didn’t ask a black player?
