Do they not need a Plymouth buying history?

No idea, looked on there website but they are only selling tickets for a Gary Barlow tribute act and a murder mystery night.

No way will a third of their home crowd turn up to see a game just because their former manager is involved.

Probably right. Plenty might say they will come, but when it comes to coughing up...

Bury were in the away end with Rochdale. JSL

Lowe seems to think half their home game will travoel 250 miles to watch an FA Cup 1st round tie.  After they lost 4-0 at Exeter today I bet they'll be queuing round the block on Monday for tickets.  His estimate of Argyle fans there is more likely to be the home fans, and his guess at Bury fans turnout is more like how many away fans there'll be in total.

Hope they do pack the away end - give us your money, it all helps

Live matches are at Dulwich, Dover, Hayes & Yeading, and Harrogate, with extended highlights on MOTD from Maidenhead.

Sunday matches are at Leyton, Chippenham, Barnet, York, Wrexham, Bristol Rovers, Gateshead and Macclesfield with the first having overseas broadcast and the next two having extended highlights

yep ,we played then a few days later and they brought about 50 fans

I remember that, I was convinced they were going to bring a load of fans up basking in FA Cup Semi final glory.  Like you say, about 50 at most, but God knows why I thought it would be any different!

Hardly worth the bother TBH.  Probably £10 a ticket, £5 concessions.  If they bring 5K, which they wont, it will generate about £35k.  We'll get 40% of that, about £14k.  Take the expenses out of that, I dont think we'll be signing a player on the back of this match.

I'm sure all you took to Wembley for Stoke went to the next midweek game 300 miles away.

Yesterday's result and performance will have deterred a lot but they'll be around 1500 Plymouth there.

But Lowe reckoned you'd bring 4 to 5k the empty headed scouse wanker

About 1500 from Plymouth and about 15 from Bury and Lowe will make himself look a right tit.

No criticism of Plymouth intended, it Lowas my naivety as a teenager thinking they'd all want to come upto Bolton on a Tuesday after the cup game.  Loads of respect to Plymouth fans having to travel ridiculous distances to get to any away game that isnt Exeter or Bristol.  Hope you've got over the 7-2 defeat in mid 80s BTW.

1500 would be a good turnout from Plymouth.

Additional 100 Bury fans arent going to swell the numbers much.

Who gives a flying fuck if the ex buckets turn up anyway. If 1500 Plymouth travelled and even 500 bury turned up it would be all about them when actually the absolute credit should be the 1500 pilgrims traveling all that way.
