Literally nothing positive to take from that game apart from the support.

Its got to be said that's 3 very poor performances running.  Yet we no longer have an obviously weak first XI on the pitch.  We are on a bad run, it needs to improve and its not as if we're all clamouring for a different style of play or a particular player or 2 to be picked.  Wimbledon game, result and performance, is massive.

West Horwich whites didn’t go but are already drinking heavily

South Durham whites are just in the kitchen and are drinking heavily.

Might be only in saying this but the ref got it right with the red card, Earl pulled him down unfortunately but the fucking ball should never of been played into the box in first place, Emmanuel especially was a fucking disgrace today, why was he taking every corner & free kicks? all of the team was shit. Keith Hill has a lot to answer for. Fuming is not the word. I would say today is the lowest ever point of being a Bolton fan

2) Hill. Away from home 1-1 with 70 minutes to go down to 10 men. Bring a CB on. Scrap it out and take what you can. Don’t wait until 3-1 before making the change 

3) spineless capitulation. I can accept a defeat particularly with 10 men but can’t accept the manner of the defeat. Spines went and they gave up. Plain and simple

No matter how some on here try and make excuses for Hill and his teams shortcomings, I am struggling to agree with any of them. This is just not acceptable, 7-1 to Accrington with a ground over half full of away fans is piss poor by any standards.

The manager has to leave the “we are Bolton” bit alone and get his team playing properly otherwise he will lose the goodwill bit very quickly.
