Stood in queue right up behind a woman and her young child both wearing masks. She politely asked the kids to stand away and stay at a distance. One told her to “fuck off I will do what I want” the rest laughed and didn’t move. Whilst being mindful they are young kids but also mindful they’ve just told a polite woman to fuck off I had a word and asked them not so politely to move away from the woman. What sort of values do parents instill in their kids to have them behave like that. I was a twat when I was a kid but I always had manners and respect for grown ups otherwise I got leathered if my dad found out. Glad you grew out of that then
October 11, 20205 yr MEN reporting that number of cases in Manchester has dropped 10% week on week and that high numbers was mainly down to students perhaps current measures are working and we may not get tier 3?

Bolton could be different to Manchester? Our rate isn’t much changed from when they pubs and restaurants reopen, so no logic in closing down further. Logic

They can pay lip service all they want to keeping the country fit and healthy, but keeping fast food places open while shutting gyms? Fuck. Off. Potentially disastrous consequences on mental health for many if this happens. Not like last time where everyone was out running and cycling, much easier to sit inside deteriorating when its wet cold and dark outside

And if they do close, it calls into question any crap they come out with about being interested in mental and physical health. 11 minutes ago, ZicoKelly said: Same here Honestly must spend a combined total of about 20 minutes per workout just cleaning equipment down now. Sanitiser everywhere, every other machine switched off or moved, until recently you weren't even allowed a personal towel in there. I'm cleaner in there than I am at home ffs. My perception is they think they can do whatever the fuck they like with us nothern plebs Might be wrong, so do we have figures? Also, we are told that meeting in the home is very high risk....so whats the justification for a blanket closing of bars and pubs....if will just push social gatherings into homes Not GM but Burnley went under special measures at 21/100k. Boris's constituency was at 45 at the end of September
October 11, 20205 yr Grassroots football just been canned round here. Not sure if it’s scotland wide but covers south east of Scotland. Nets closing in. my money is on full lockdown by mid November until the new year can’t see anything else happening now. Hope I’m wrong
October 11, 20205 yr Queueing to get into Leverhulme Park testing centre today, perhaps just a busier moment, but the car park seemed busier than I've seen it before. The fitness fanatics usually exercising around and about seem thin on the ground. Can't think why.

Ours has a cleaner permanently going round and other staff armed with these spray guns (£1k a pop apparently) going over the equipment, whilst every one else plays along and cleans their own stuff Still wouldn't mind a sauna though

We might all be pushing our lives around in shopping trolleys by then. The sooner Brexit starts and we all become millionaires in stovepipe hats, the better.
