Went out this afternoon and early evening:

Visited The Park in Monton, couple of pints of Holts, watched the #EngvBel game. No problems, signed in, table service, mask etc...

Moved on to Astly Point, drink first, same as before, went to the Holdi curry restaurant, all sorted, top curry, top bottle of red, all following the rules.

WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU SHUT ANYTHING DOWN, IT'S WORKING FINE FFS!

What pisses me right off is the downright number fiddling going on.

Theres no way London Boroughs can have such low figures.

Loads of places now have long since passed the point where Bolton hospitality was locked down.

Another one will kill off numerous small bars and restaurants.

All i ask is for a level playing field.

Yes i know , its a bloody impossible job at the moment and Labour are so pleased they lost last year

But all this smoke n mirrors and hindsight bollocks is doing my box in.

I find it hard to believe that places like for instance Tower Hamlets/ Lambeth/Islington or wherever in London, behave any different to folk from Oldham/Blackburn/Bolton. I suspect the figures are fudged because they don’t want that there London going into lockdown - disastrous for the economy an’ all that.

Been no contact from Manchester & government leaders since Friday maybe we could dodge the top restrictions

leave it to the scousers

So, in it together, North-West v rest of the country unless it affects scousers more than us; in which case fuck ‘em, scouse cunts!

This NHS Covid app is saying I should self isolate until 23rd October, no reason, no explanation, wife works in school and lads gone to school yet they’ve been with me all weekend. it’s utter bollocks, you can’t just stop the world every time you have been in the vicinity of someone who’s tested positive.

I assume you’re going to ignore it?

Maybe get a test then to be sure?

Dont know if its been covered but read they're working on a nasal spray vaccine, surely that will help with speeding up distribution and training people up to give it, seemed good news.. I'm watching Manaus in Brazil to see if it's got herd immunity as well, hopefully it has if it hasn't be very depressing

When they do get a vaccine, surely most folk can jab themselves.

I will.

Isolate until you get your result maybe? Only a couple of days.

Youll only have to do contact tracing if it’s positive.

Just been on government website, can’t have test, not key worker and no symptoms, luckily I’m working from home so no risk to anyone. Wife and son in school though.

This is a wind up isnt it?

Wouldn’t say it’s beyond the ability of man

When I brought my Mrs back from Hospital after our second child I had to inject her for a week to prevent blood clotting, this is common with many who have a C section

Likewise millions inject insulin on a regular basis

Is it that far fetched?

I’m coming over and painting a red x on your door!

Saying that, I bumped into you at the supermarket on Saturday, I might be getting the text myself

This one is going to be a bit more complicated than that. It will need trained professionals on hand to administer it and oversee it. It's not a DIY injection.

The tide is turning.

Legal challenges are up and running.

Enough is enough.

I see it’s Labour controlled councils, who said the government locked down too late in March and came out of lockdown to early, now government locking down again they are now against it. You couldn’t make it up. I’m with them on this occasion with no lockdown but it seems these Labour mayors just take opposite view to government.
