Yep. But it’s relative to testing. SK have done more testing than anyone, so adjust for that and they’d be best off here. Others will be lower than real position.

I work at Argos on fast track delivery, the amount of desks, chairs, printers, monitors, tv's, ink and trampolines (?) Going out the doors for delivery is phenomenal.

So, tenants wont be expected to pay their rents for 3 months, i think i heard?

After that?

And are they going to give thought to landlords tomorrow?

12 weeks is the general view forward, which seems reasonable?

Im in the fortunate position that i dont need the rent money urgently

But, for me its another example of a lack of joined up thinking

At that time, they couldnt say who key workers were

If you rent and then don’t have work, won’t you just get housing benefit? Worked that way for me when I got made redundant back in 2008

Obviously you don’t get housing benefit if you pay a mortgage, thus the holiday
