Trump got ridiculed for such logic in the media pal.

Steady on.

He got criticised for calling it the Chinese Virus but people were quick to jump on the English Variant.

One of the people at my wife’s place who was admitted to hospital over Xmas is still there.

Can barely walk and still on a ventilator.

3 hours of live online teaching today, few teething issues but hats off to the school and teachers, they’ve nailed it.

I had to invent my own mythical creature (I came up with a CrocoDilloPig) and do my 7 times table.

Im knackered.

First full day back at work, other half did today from 9 - 4. Did that yesterday, thankfully my work are putting into.place flexible furlough with the wage topped up to 100% for those who are home schooling so I'm.going to do 2 days a week home teaching, 3 days working for Q1. Means my Mrs can top up her furlough with freelance work in those two days.

With three, impossible to do it any other way and we are super lucky, all five of us have desks and a laptop each, plus phones etc My work give me a £200 WfH allowance so I've bought extra routers so everyone has good WiFi, new office chairs.

Its hard but for those who don't have access to all this and the time with full wage its got to be tough.

The Government guy is taking a bit of a kicking.

He does not have the numbers today. But we will have done 13.9m by mid Feb. How can he know that without the numbers ?

Lad has done a couple of days online.

Bit of freezing, and the odd teacher issue but nothing that wasn't sorted in a minute or two.

Seems fine.

And community. Saying that, I'm glad I'm not on a ward.

I nearly came back and corrected myself in case you were offended. I meant FT! 😁

We are recording lessons, with worksheets and replying to questions.

Marking same day,  feeding back, doing live registrations. More engagement than last lockdown so it's going well.

Live lessons are risky as, safeguarding nightmare, 99% of kids are fine, but you'll always get one.

I do like class dojo for the primary school two. Really works.

Although, my daughter who is in year 6 has checked out a bit since she passed her Kent Test. Just wants to get to secondary school now.

 Christ.

Perhaps they have a lot of information and plans for the coming weeks.

But he was asked for the numbers and said I do not have them yet. But we will do 13.9 by mid Feb.

I am not knocking the intent but it was a very strange exchange if you watched it. The guy from SAGE was asking what the risks to the plan , he mentioned lack of vials.

If he's saying that we will definitely do 13.9M by Feb, then he obviously doesn't think there are any risks......

Some more detail in the debate earlier.

Once made, it seems that it is transported to Wrexham for filling into vials.

Concerns over that capacity seem to have been eased.

Manufacturing capacity has already been expanded over the summer, and looking to carry on doing so.

All sorts of parts of the process which have got to come together.

I imagine it as like a train gradually setting off. Might take a bit to get up to speed, but should rattle along at a decent lick soon enough.

Been seeing much more positive news on the vaccine roll out today. Examples of GP led vaccination centres where they claim to be ready to give enough vaccines for their community. Plus confirmation of the regional super centres. I’m hopeful that there has been more going on behind the scenes than it might have first appeared.
