I regret the deaths. I really do. But we're all going to die someday. There's no use fleeing reality. We have to stop being a country of fags.... We have to face up to it and fight. I hate this faggot stuff."

What’s this? Deaths today?

Yes, what NHS England has reported in the past 24 hours. NW with 0 deaths is amazing.

good news but tempered by weekend reporting - always lower

The vast majority of data suggests we're at an equivalent level to what things were like in late September, so just before the third wave hit. Everywhere was open, apart from hospitality in Bolton. This time around though we have the vaccination program in full stride and a hopeful improvement in the weather.

So the numbers continue to go in the right direction , hopefully these numbers are ahead of the expectations (as a trend not the one off dailies) . Next stage of the road map starts tomorrow. Other than the potential delays in vaccines in coming months everything seems to be going really well.

My sister just tested positive despite vaccine 2-3 weeks ago (teacher) so far seems mild.

Moderna one coming in around 3 weeks iirc.

Only be a brief lull.

Booked 2 meals out for 2 birthdays  18th & 24th April, gym membership paid, nice to feel a bit of normality resuming.

Hasn't been much mentioned about people contracting it post vaccine,

can they still spread it? are the symptoms milder? Does it present like the flu rather than covid 19?

If people are still catching it, despite vaccination, will the cases ever fall completely?

Oh and hope she's feeling better soon :)
