Tranmere on their patch at Wembley to gain promotion would be fun though!

As long as we don't get relegated, it will be better than 3 of the last 5 seasons

I’m happy as a pig in shit.

You’re confusing realism with happiness.

Even if this comes to pass I think people will still travel. Not just us, everyone. Leeds go up and pull United away opening weekend and hundreds (maybe millions knowing them) will still end up in Manc for example.

But not in Eccles.

I'm expecting our resident rouge rogue to be along shortly and confirm this.

(That was more difficult to type than expected!)

Odds on places Leeds will mob up next season

Bournemouth/Brighton/Watford 1-500

Istanbul 5000-1

Eccles/Salford 10000-1

Stalybridge?

National League has come up with its proposals to be voted on next week.

Assuming promotion, relegation and next season can go ahead as "normal", added to our fixture list will be Barrow and 1 of the following from 6 team play offs:

Harrogate

Notts County

Yeovil

Boreham Wood

Halifax

Barnet

Real mixed bag there, some I'd love others would be horrendous. Well, Yeovil.

Stockport miss out on PPG.

All decent apart from Yeovil

notts for you

looking at what has happened in just the last 3 months

County would make things a bit cheaper if we can go but fancy Barnet actually. Harrogate would be mad but not sure I can be arsed with the war for tickets that'd happen. Harrogate is great for a weekend away doesn't need a few thousand Wanderers fans turning up ruining it 🤣

Ground guide says 700 terrace & 150 seated however Portsmouth sold out their full allocation of 616 for the cup

either way it will be survival of the hardcore

Yeh i agree, Harrogates a great place for a few beers but the locals would hate us turning up in numbers as the town is usually packed with tourists every weekend anyway.

But so is Chester, York etc etc.

Wonder if there's a salad bar at Aunt Bettys?

Boreham Wood or Barnet for me, both new grounds but far enough to make tickets go round & we're short on London games.

Definitely not Yeovil though.

& I hope Northampton win the play offs -  Cheltenham, Exeter & Colchester look like better trips.

Would be happy with any of Halifax, Notts or Barnet. Wouldn’t be any allocations with those either whereas Harrogate would be rocking horse shit.

Harrogate. Small time for me.

Can’t imagine Cheltenham being a great day out so they can go up. Halifax to come up

Be total gold dust them, about 300 new members will appear on here in the weeks leading up to it asking for spares.

I've a feeling County will get over the line although they've just released 24 players!
