    Think it's pretty clear from the length of this thread that there is a definite rivalry here, even among us old farts.

    I've lived in Howfen for 20 years and played football in Leigh for 30 years.

    Only met one Wigan fan , he had a season ticket for two years when they got promoted to Prem but he's gone back to supporting Liverpool since.

    Sums 'em up.
