Yes, it’s a good point.

He’s certainly showing loyalty, commitment and acceptance to the 11 he feels is now his strongest team. And letting them know that this isn’t the best they can be, there’s room for improvement..

I’m not (and wasn’t when we were losing)  in tune with the opinion of, why did it take him so long, why didn’t he get to this point sooner, why is he still picking Baptiste, he’s only loyal to his own signings, why is he sticking with 5-3-2?

I just thought it was way to soon, considering our unique circumstances, to be so negatively adamant and definitive about our situation. Bit like the criticism of writing Santos off after 2 games.

I think a big result would really make a statement tomorrow 3-0

The chances he gave Crellin cost us points. Not sure did Crellin much good either. There is loyal and there is blinkered.

Makes sense though that he lasted as last long as he did if they had to renegotiate Gilks' coaching contract before he could play

Probably no better than Baptiste in the position at the moment plus he has just had 3 very good games on the trot; White and Comley are the outfield players who have been given too much time and it was obvious to most that they are both liabilities

When was the last time we were odds-on for a win? 8/15 is massively short odds I’d have thought. Are Sarfend really that bad?

Going into the season with only playable option in goal is a fuck up. Whatever the reason we have had to play a keeper who was not upto the job and it cost us points.
