I reckon Attenborough would be a great person to have photographed receiving the vaccine.

I’d like to see Alex Scott and Natalie Pinkham off Skysports giving it to each other but as a suppository rather than injection.

How much meat do people have in there diet? Everyday?

Just thinking i maybe have it once or twice per week. Normally some fish or chicken. Probably could live off scrambled egg though ::lol::.

This week's dinners will probably be: Beef Boogie-on, Lamb Rogan Josh, Smoked haddock (Cullen Skink), Fried scallop and pasta salad, Baked salmon, Egg Friatta and probably a pasta bake but I have a lot of eggs to use up at the moment, I get them from a local small holding (including Duck Eggs) so maybe a scrambled egg brunch mid week treat

So its meat twice this week

Cullen skink (done properly) is a thing of beauty.

I had fish Friday last night and again today. Has actually made a lovely change. Otherwise I eat meat every single day I would say which isn’t good for me I’m sure

Keep the quantity down and you're ok. Plenty of good stuff in meat, its not all evil.

Silverside later, with loads of veggies. :)

Got me thinking that

Monday - Roast Ham

Tuesday - Beef mince chilli

Wednesday - Chicken and chorizo stew

Thursday - Salmon and noodles

Friday - Chicken and chips

Saturday - Smoked fish risotto

Tonight - Roast chicken

Add in a bacon butty, a sausage butty, and two mackerel salads, and I’ve eaten a lot of meat and fish this week and I would say that’s fairly normal for me. Possibly too much but we demolish an absolute mountain of veg and salad each week and I’ve only had 4 slices of bread all week

Love the things mate. Baked oysters & cheese sandwich is food of the gods.

Had a nasty snatch in Amsterdam once though.
