Cheltenham (a)

Second in the table. Strong, physical side with set pieces a real strength.

Can only see 90 minutes of chaos at the back for us.

Thumping defeat for us.

  • There was at least 20 of us behind that goal. Others, I know were down the side. UTW.

  • Buzzing my little cotton socks off after that.  Social distancing on the train meant Sober Dan was pretty quiet although he did go for about 4 shits either way.  Must of ate something a bit off t

Great win that Best of the season for me cos we did it in a different way Looked dangerous and relatively solid despite giving ground away Very happy

Sadly it means we are stuck with Evatts tactical masterclass’s for another few matches as they wont pot him now based on this lucky win.

Don’t think we particularly deserved it and, if anything, we seemed happy to settle for a point after 80 minutes, but scraping a last minute winner like that could hopefully be a real turning point

I'm not sure, as an away team we had way the better chances for me

We gave away ground 2nd half but were never under ridiculous pressure & most importantly that daft mistake / soft centre looked gone

I think it was a thoroughly professional performance and in many ways our most mature; this genuinely could be that turning point!

Very professional performance, almost a perfect away performance.

I’m telling you, if that lad is a footballer then I’m a fucking race horse.

I don’t know if he’s been told to not bother defending but his positioning is going to cost us in this game.

Funny reading back. :)

Fine win that.

Fucking hell just seen Wigan got spunked on 5-0 at home aswell, Jesus 🤣😅😂

Just reading their forum. There's loads of 'em saying they're done. Rats leaving a sinking ship.

And I mean rats literally! 🐀🐀🐀🙂🙂🙂

Just watching these little clips of goals over the last few weeks: everything seems slowed down a bit- as if they're all playing in air with the viscosity of cream.

I'd be fuckin amazed if there was one 😁

Just brilliant!! Fucking absolutely brilliant!! It never, ever happens for us does it? Deep injury time. Always our end. Never their end. Two really depressing defeats and then this. We weren’t good in all honesty but like last time we were in Div 4 it’s results like this that gets us out of here

That’s a real fucking result. Get in!!

No bigger buzz in football than a last minute smash and grab and seeing one of your own celebrating in the home end.

Really solid defensive display especially considering those ludicrously long throws .

Hopefully we can now go on another run to put us firmly in the mix

We were a bit juicy to win that .Delaney was shite the whole second half giving away throwins like there was no tomorrow.God he’s clumsy .Greenidge was bad but Mascoll eclipsed him for jogging about doing fuck all. That left side is diabolical .

Showed some grit though & Santos had a blinder. That throwin routine is a shocking tactic Effective though it must be.We have  superior forwards in this league but can’t seem to capitalise   & Isgrove although he faded a bit played well.

The non-wingback wingbacks are our biggest liability and I just can’t understand why Evatt perseveres with it , if we had any wingbacks (Kioso apart) it would probably work. All that short passing around our own box adds up to sweet FA.

Thought Thomason did ok again. His delivery is better than Crawford.

Anyway there’s nowt better than a scabby last minute win.

Get the Jack Daniels out.

Ok you need to qualify that...a weirdo you rate or just a weirdo?

Definitely the latter

I can hardly remember him touching it.

Most would be working their balls off, trying to show that they're worth a place.

He can do one.
