Eight people, including six Asian women, were killed in shootings at three different businesses in Atlanta and Acworth, Georgia, on Tuesday, according to local police. A male suspect was arrested and charged with several counts of murder on Wednesday, police said. At a press conference in Atlanta on Wednesday, authorities identified the four victims killed in Cherokee County.

It didn't happen after Sandy Hook so never will.

Never heard of this chap, but it seems he was very influential.

Politicians from this side of the pond offering their condolences, including those who will disagree with his beliefs.

The situation is still ongoing, no arrest made, and the shooter still at large, with sheltering students being told to contact police to get an escort away.

Was he for or against the release of the Epstein files once Trump had bottled it?

 

I’ve never fired a gun in my life.  Reports say he was shot from 200 yards away.  No idea of the significance of that. Could anyone with a firearm in the US do that, or does it suggest someone more trained/professional?

Well if you watch any film the baddies often kill random good guys from much farther away however they can not hit the hero such as James Bond from much closer and with loads of them shooting at once.

Trained. However many yanks are brought up with guns, so it’s likely they would be able to take that kind of shot.
