How is he going about it with a few million then?

Would it fund a big propaganda machine and set up an army? Would face some big resistance there Id say.

Maybe he could finacne the making of a superbug covid style that only affects Muslims? Maybe insert it in to Halal meat?

If it was addressed at me, I think you are reading too much into it pal. An offhand comment between two Madrasa mates could hardly be construed as a master plan no matter how many vile druggy hallucinogens one might have ingested

Out of interest, what sort of numbers are reported for both conducts, with regards to civilian deaths?

I honestly don’t know where he’s got this “far fewer than civilians in Ukrainian” figure from. He seems to imply that this has something to do with Hamas fighters also being killed. Which is estimated 5-9000.
