  • Bit of perspective we’re in league one. We have a 33 league one striker who should have scored a lot more than he did in league 2.  He’s playing at this level for a reason. He has the hardest job an

I know it’s a crap place to get to but about time we took a few up here. Not sure we’ve ever had many at SOL but used to take a few to Roker - and that was shit

Always poorly attended, similar to Boro.

Awful train journey and unattractive place.

Seem to remember taking a lot when we won 4-1 though?

Back when we had a spell of putting on free coaches.

I’ve been twice and seen us win both times; first was the 2-0 win in a relegation battle (McCarthy’s first game) then the 4-1.

I’m afraid of going again in case I ruin my 100% record. Won’t be there this weekend.

Not sure why folk don't have a night in Newcastle, great city. Think you can get the Metro to SoL too.

Not a great time to play Sunderland given the form they’re in.

Need to bounce back however, snap your hand off for a draw.

Fixtures don’t get much easier for the rest of September and October with the exception of Shrewsbury and Gillingham.

if we can get through our next 8 games with 12-15points that should set us up nicely for November and December where the 9 games we have are considerably “nicer” on paper. Would be looking to pick up 18+ points there, should have a fully fit squad by then too.

You just never know Mantra, this may be the point Sunderland slip a bit (clutches at straws!) from over confidence? I think we were lucky playing Ipswich when we did so let’s hope we can carry that on with some of the others? Like you I’d be more than happy with a point on Saturday.
