February 1, 20224 yr It felt a bit “after the lord mayors show” due to there being 7k less fans than Saturday, but we came out of the blocks brilliantly. The pace and precision down the flanks is great to see and there’s not a team in this league will live with us when it all clicks. Fossey is just brilliant and DC looks a nightmare for defenders, Morley is class for his age. It’s building again folks, this could get interesting.
February 2, 20224 yr Loving seeing how buzzing everyone is. Month or two ago, people were frustrated and bickering amongst each other, now all I'm reading is "something special is happening", or words to that effect. Mad how fast football can change and impact on people's moods. Up the whites!!!!!!

Think it's a great way to welcome JDB and although you feel a bit of a plumb doing it, it's a great visual and auditory effect for the players on the pitch. Ian Evatt said he likes it so ok by me!

He's good, he's really good, but he ain't that good I honestly think he is, that lad has vision and team work in his sights, he’s a big part of the engine we have at the moment, his work rate and hunger for wanting the ball and distribution is a pleasure to watch. He made one bad pass tonight, the rest was fabulous.
February 2, 20224 yr Exactly the same as the Sky highlights which is a bit disappointing. Edited February 2, 20224 yr by Cheese
February 2, 20224 yr Those highlights - wtf? Not a true reflection of the game at all, a bit of a joke tbh.
February 2, 20224 yr Just back .. M62 closed at my junction then A55 shut as well Ffs. Happy with another clean sheet and 3 more points , steadily climbing the league now .

February 2, 20224 yr I think with the amount of great scandinavian legends & cult heroes we've had at our club the clap is fine if done properly!
February 2, 20224 yr Mark Bonner is surprisingly upbeat about getting beat by us. Seems a very level-headed manager.

February 2, 20224 yr As for the "......get battered everywhere they go" Its shit but its just this seasons version of ".........a shithole I wanna go home" ...... Soon burn out.

I think the star spangled banner would make a good football anthem, better tnan that Delilah shite that Stoke like and "o'er the land of the free" could be replaced by "o'er the land of Fossee"

They make it look like Cambridge were the better team, and we won against the run of play. https://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/12530730/bolton-2-0-cambridge-league-one-highlights They had 0 shots on target

February 2, 20224 yr If the only thing folk are bickering about is songs sung by 12 year olds in crazy corner after a match then we are obviously doing something right
February 2, 20224 yr Icelandic clap - good ”..get battered” chant - very bad But fuck me, anything is better than the library it’s been for the last 3 years.

February 2, 20224 yr The atmosphere in the ground is the best it's been in years with all 3 sides getting involved. I'm not mad keen on one or two but duff chants are better than no chants. Crack on
