I like the way we now find a way to win when it doesn’t look likely, wasn’t long ago that we found a way to lose when it didn’t look likely.

Any spares?

We have to pull 7 points in on 3 separate clubs, or 8points on 5 clubs over 13 games. Hauling one in is very possible but to look for that many to collapse all at once is a big ask.

Aye, i wouldn't worry about mk Dons, dare say we could afford to lose there, but I'd be delighted with a draw or more

It's not that it's a 6 pointer, you're right. But we need points. As many and as often as possible. A loss simply reduces our games to get them in.

I'm resigned to us not quite making it.

If I'm proven wrong then good stuff.

Yeah course, but we need 3 points against mk just as much as we need them against Crewe

I don't see mk as a rival for a play off spot like Plymouth and Sheff weds

They are the two must win games we have left bearing in mind we won't win every game, they are the ones we need to win more than

Plymouth at home is absolutely massive

Probably worth mentioning Pompey have 3 games in hand over us

If we win all of them, we'll be fine.

Seen them the other week against charlton looked very average, if we beat them at our place I’d fancy us to finish above them.

Think people would say our form recently will have teams worried and looking over their shoulders

Sheff Weds , Plymouth, Ipswich, Mk dons have matched or bettered us over last 6. Hope am wrong but last season none of the top 7 or 8 ever seemed to win, this year I just think we are too far back, the loss at Burton was a real dent in our chances.

Charles will be missing too for that game in March.

Isn’t 74 points the average for a play off spot? That would mean us getting 26 points from 13 games- can we do it?

I think will be nearer 80 based on current form of teams pushing for play offs

I believe Antoni Sarcevic is doing the half-time draw.

I'm hoping it will be a lower target because there are so many clubs competing for a play off place that they should start taking points off each other........plus we can forget catching Rotherham or Wiggin ( & maybe MK ) so can hope that they take points off the others.  This week Wiggin play Wycombe & Sunderland while Rotherham play Plymouth.

Our home games with Sheff Wed, Plymouth & Pompey should be fun.

4 nowt

I’ve said it before: we focus on our next game and then we worry about the one after that. We can’t predict our next 10 results let alone the next 10 for another 7 other teams.

Nervy, but a late goal to make it 3-1 to us.

We are 7 points off, but that was 20 something just a couple weeks ago. There's 13 games left.

We also have Portsmouth, Plymouth, Sheff Weds all yet to play at home.

We have a great chance here, but can't afford slip ups, like this match. But this current squad is something else. Come on you Whites!

I agree @Jol_BWFC however, one team I am keeping a close eye on is Ipswich.

Spent heavily in the transfer windows and got a young manager in, seemingly in the Evatt mould - Kieran McKenna, only 35 but he has a 70% win ratio. Admittedly only from 10 games but that's a very good start. They beat Wycombe 1-0 in his first game in charge but the rest of their wins came against lowly opposition such as Gills (twice), Wimbledon, Accy and Doncaster. Against better opposition - MK Dons, they drew 0-0 and lost to us 2-0. So, still a lot to prove but they have a good squad and a new manager bounce. They also have a very similar fixture list to us, mostly teams below them but stern tests against Oxford, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Rotherham and Wigan.

Highly doubt that the current playoff teams (MKD, Oxford, Plymouth, Wycombe) all hold down their spot until May. I think it's between Bolton, Sheffield Weds and Ipswich for who sneaks into them. Can't forget Sunderland obviously. Portsmouth also have 3 games in hand on us and only 4 points below us but I'm writing both of them off for now.

Prefer the view from the last 10 games rather than the last 6

Lol took me a while to see what you meant, but even over 10 games we are catching up slowly. Last year teams above us fell back into our lap. We then dropped a few points making it tight at the end.

I think we are 4-5 points short of having a real chance, would love to be wrong

We probably need 10 wins from the remaining games which is a big ask. But we have just won 7 from 9 so it is not beyond us.

any chnace this could get called off if this storm keeps at it?

Supposed to be OK tomorrow. Be reet.

Any sort of win will do.

Think we'll need at least 76 for playoffs, so 9 wins and a bit more.

7 games at home, probably need to win the lot to have a chance.
