Could be worse, we could be paying for a President or a dictator. All things considered, she is the most respected head (not bothered about anyone else’s  definition) of any nation in the world.
Pretty sure things will change when she’s gone, for now, I’m happy to celebrate her 70 year reign. It won’t happen again.

You celebrate away mate, enjoy 🍻 I've got a lot of respect for her. Just of the opinion that in any democracy it should be for the people to decide. Probable that people would vote to keep the monarchy as well.

I'll be taking it easy & enjoying the sunshine. According to some on here you shouldn't be taking any time off if you're not a vocal royalist. Best start working Christmas as I'm not too much a believer in Christ.

Each to their own and all that. Pretty sure Jesus Christ was real. Whether he was the son of God is down to believers. Both me and my wife have both worked on Christmas Day. It’s shit. 👍

Talking of Gibraltar, they were talking about it on the radio the other day and said the Queen never visits it because it'll cause too much tension with the Spanish. I think they said she's only been one and that was about 65 years ago. 

As an aside, she's never been to Greece or Egypt either, which you would of thought she might have in her time
