jeep Posted May 25, 2022 Share Posted May 25, 2022 Topkapi Palace used to do a great Iskender Kebab - fresh, warm pitta smothered in Tomato Sauce & Yoghurt, Donner Meat, Chicken Slices, Lamb Shish & probably some other meat. Actual pitta though I haven't made as they have yeast in them which is a bit of a faff but I have just googled and a few recipes pop up which I am tempted to give a go.
