A fine point maybe but Ched Evans, in a retrial, was found not to be a rapist. Just sayin'.

  • When he starts picking it up we've got problems

  • In fairness that may be down to what’s in his contract. A lot of companies consider it gross misconduct and can sack you for being convicted of a crime like this. Its discretional. Personally, I

He can get to fuck. Flog him in the summer.

I wouldn't bat an eyelid if we fucked him off for that.

Was he ever coached by Andy Todd ?

Silver lining: it's saved us from having to suffer an evening of the thoughts of armchair accountants

As well as the 'tag' there is also the 200 hours of Unpaid Work, his employment will be taken into consideration as to which days he can do it, if he misses twice for no acceptable reason he could go back to court and the prison sentence invoked, The Unpaid Work is as important as the 'tag'

Sure he can fit it in over the summer

😃He missed too many and used his knees.

Depends on the amount of adverse publicity it gets , club should ride it out say he’s apologetic etc .& not throw him under the bus for PR purposes .

I’m not holding my breath , but at least it’s not sexual or racist so maybe just maybe the club will hold their nerve.

It wouldn't be for PR purposes alone though- no employee is above the club's own rules.

Players are fined for missing training, getting sent off, or drink driving etc.

If he's breached the terms of his contract, and it is a serious offence, then they must act, or it makes a mockery of the professionalism they expect.

I'm sure they will do something, but if they choose to keep it in house then that's up to them.

Still a piss poor performance from a supposed “bouncer”

I hope he’s sold to a lower division nightclub for that showing.

Could be career-ending embarrassment

Eric kung foo kicked a fan in the stadium and didn’t get sacked .

Saturday afternoon brawl no long term damage  been punished by the courts will be punished by the club . be all forgotten about in a month or two

Kyle Dempsey is worth too much to the club as a transfer asset for them to cast him aside.

He'll play wearing a tag like Pennant did years ago and he should be able to get dispensation for night games.

I don' think that will happen.

The club will do something, but i genuinely don't think they'll sack him.

Well, you can see what he brings now.

Plenty of fight.

Pretty sure if we sack him the PFA will be all over it and we would probably end up paying is contract up and he would sign for some one else on a free with a hefty signing on fee to boot

New song out already

🎶He swings to the left,
He swings to the right,
Oh Kyle Dempsey,
Makes Usyk looks shite 🎶

Great fighting spirit. Would be happy with 11 Kyles!

Did he not get knocked out when it was 1 on 1 ?

Embarrassing. "He twats who he wants" is bad enough.

Where does he come in your " moron" stakes? Im sure it was only a few days ago you said any BWFC fan to call a player is a moron!

A fan runs on the pitch celebrating a goal. Banning order.

Fan arrested outside a pub after a game. Police football banning order. Ban from club.

🤔🤔🤔

As employers I suppose the club are in a position were they can, unlike us customers, fine Dempsey and to make him go on a educational and drink awareness course.

If he has breached his contract and it is decided it's worthy of being sacked, then the pfa can do nothing.

Lots of employers stupulate certain levels of behaviour.

The cbi has just flirted a top mon, and is pursuing others.

I dont think they will sack him, but if they did, I'm sure they will have legal bods check it out first.

I agree with Ani though, his performances whilst having this hanging over him have been magnificent.

Hopefully it has matured him, and he remains a top player for us.

If he carries on playing on like he has been I couldn't care less if hes out mugging old grannies as well brawling with bouncers.

Moral Compass broke a long time ago :)

You're mistaken. I said people declaring "Randell Williams is fucking shit" within minutes of him coming on were morons, but one of them threatened to smash my head in so I've climbed down on that one.

Whatever the wrongs or right, we need him, hes our most influential midfielder.
