Players are fined for missing training, getting sent off, or drink driving etc. If he's breached the terms of his contract, and it is a serious offence, then they must act, or it makes a mockery of the professionalism they expect. I'm sure they will do something, but if they choose to keep it in house then that's up to them.

Lots of employers stupulate certain levels of behaviour. The cbi has just flirted a top mon, and is pursuing others. I dont think they will sack him, but if they did, I'm sure they will have legal bods check it out first. I agree with Ani though, his performances whilst having this hanging over him have been magnificent. Hopefully it has matured him, and he remains a top player for us.
