For balance, the opponents were Norwich, WBA, Southampton, Leicester and QPR last season, 2 were promoted and two were in the play offs, the other needed the points to stay up. Then ex Prem team Sheff U. You couldn't get a harder set of championship fixtures realistically, and he still had them finishing 10th. I've no reason to defend him, but a hard act to follow if they think they'll get better. No doubt he'll be back at Plymouth before Christmas!
