I guess you'd have to scan your  phone let one through and then scan it again

Screenshot one and WhatsApp it to him.

This is my 3rd Wembley visit in 3 years (went to 2022 carabao cup final).

I've never printed off a ticket, always just scanned the QR code.

3 in 4 (England v Germany) pretty sure it was the same

Not being funny but when you can contact the club and refund your ticket anyway and we haven't come close to selling out, why on earth would anyone risk potentially being scammed by buying a ticket off some halfwit on social media?

Do the people who get reeled in really exist?

Well all Im saying is it was completely different at England Brazil the other week. Maybe they've stepped up security.

There was no person scanning tickets, it was a machine you insert the folded printed tickets in to, hence all that dotted line and fold her caper on the ticket we received yesterday.

It clearly says you must print them.

We had to find a rymans to get them printed at Wembley the other week as we couldn't get in without them.

Could just be an England thing like. You don't get an apple wallet option with them.

I had the same for England v Belgium. Big chunky ticket thing. No option of apple wallet. 100% doing apple wallet this time. Even me dad gets it ha

This bit goes in a slot like you get on a tube station barrier. There was no operative or space for a phone the other week.

Might just have been balls deep on security because it was England.

Yep same. Logic says they’d of not offered Apple wallet if they can’t do and it seems plenty have. Print em out for peace of mind though ha

On the one hand the tickets themselves show you how to print and fold the tickets to use at the machine

On the other the email allows you to add the tickets to Google or apple wallet

A further hand, or the first one depending on how you want to look at it, the email also states "you must print your tickets before you attend the game"

I'll be printing mine out just in case

And expect there to be big queues of folk who haven't

Yeah deffo, I'm not arsed either way, I'll have mine printed.

But I can't stress enough, there was no turnstile operative the other week to scan tickets. It was just a big fuck turnstiles with a tiny slot.

We thought we'd be fine with phone QR but news filtered back that it was printed tickets only. We had to find a shop in Camden to print tickets. They were sending people away at the turnstiles without them.

Obviously this could all be different for none England games.

So can save to wallet but can’t actually use it to gain entry.

It all comes down to a big A4 piece of paper that you have to print at home, then take Origami lessons in how to turn it into a smaller piece of paper!

Technology eh?

Yep. Coach from Stocks

Same here - we went straight to Wembley last year.

Heard it was a good do at Wealdstone.

I'll wait for Uncle Craig to confirm

Typo Shirley?

So according to that, Wembley is more than 8m wider than our pitch?

Fuckin ‘ell

“The groundsman assures me that the dimensions of Wembley are exactly the same as they are here, which is helpful,” he said. “The outside looks slightly different but the pitch geography is the same.

You'll not get in with that, mate. Looks like someone has scribbled over the QR code.
