League 2....noticed Ben Woodburn, ex prodigy at Liverpool/Wales international signed for Salford after playing 58 games for PNE.  Still only 24. Another "who you know" signing, he's signed for his ex Oxford boss Karl Robinson, saying he hopes he can help get Salford "back where they should be" 😀

Never made an appearance for Brighton, spent the last 2 years at Northampton and played virtually every game.  Obviously competent L1 but I bet none of us noticed him when we played them.

Genuinely did. Looked excellent against us at their place.

Think we were linked which made sense as he’s a winger.

Fair enough, now you mention it I only watched the 2nd half of the away game, it seemed to be us in possession 90% of the time, chasing an equaliser (and for once we got one).

Seems Sparkes LB for Portsmouth signed for Peterboro reports he was on his way to sign for another league 1 club but his agent was mates with Ferguson so signed for Peterboro who was the other club???

If a player makes a decision on who his agent is mates with, then that player is a buffoon.

I get the impression Baggies aren't gearing themselves up for a promotion push.

Wrexham broke their transfer record apparently, to sign Ollie Rathbone from Rotherham (ex Rochdale).  No idea if he's any good, but virtual ever-present in championship last season.  At least it weakens Rotherham.

Mbete has signed for Northampton.  Played 23 games for Den Bosch last season, can't believe he's not yet 21, looked older than that when he was here.

Yet another signing by Rotherham, Malik Wilks from Sheff Wed, ex Hull. 

I don't know about their quality, but they aren't going to be short of strikers.
