Basically we can’t get control with numbers in their half. They’ve pushed us back, cleaned up every long ball we’ve played and we’ve made it easier for them by giving it away when we do have possession.

McAtee is such a frustrating player, will get involved somehow at a key moment in the final 3rd and 9/10 it never comes off.

Whether it's a pass or a shot, always a yard or so off and he ends up flapping his arms about frustrated.

Leaving aside formations and tactics, we've been second best to everything

Not winning second balls, not strong enough in the tackle, knocked off the ball too easily

McAtee and Collins aren't working as a pair

It's going to take Schuey some time to sort this shit out. It's not even just ability and tactically the areas of concern it's also the mentality of these fragile players.

I am so glad we have him because he will sort it and is the best person we could have gotten.

Unfortunately for us fans it does require even more patience, as if 4 years in League 1 wasn't enough already.

Saying all of this we could still very much get promoted via the play offs this season, it's a real shit league and there's still a lot of games to play.

Hoping we can somewhat pull off an 'Oxford'.

Biggest gulf between the teams for me is desire. They have loads, we have little.

They've got strikers charging back into midfield making slide challenges. Our front three "press"  (jog about), arrive at the opposition player and do a little hop or jump and get brushed off whilst trying to wrap their arms around the oppositions waist.

They'd make better ballerinas .

Never understand the signing of Randall as for McAtee he does my head in sick of seeing him throwing his arms up bloody drame queen.

They never did. It needed to be victor up top today with Collins and Sheehan for Randall. 
 

I think Cogley looked loads better too so disappointed he was on the bench instead of jones.

Don't think this second half really determines that does it. Theres a much bigger picture to be painted.

We can't play against any side that puts a bit of effort in with Randall and McAtee in ours. Socks down passengers. £2m pissed away by Evatt and Markham.

Schumacher's reign starts properly in June.

I think it’s too early to put it on Schuey. 
 

I think Sharon fucked it up by going to late, it should’ve happened after Huddersfield at home and that way Schuey could’ve had a look and gone into January to strengthen properly. 
 

Like others have said, it’s looking more and more likely that it’s a job for next season.

You just wish it would all finally click but clearly the squad just isn’t right.
