However, He's a manager with no confidence in his best players. 

39 league matches in and he doesn't have a clue what his best team is. Nor his best formation.

Today we're third & playing bottom, on a less than ideal pitch. Instead of coming out saying 'let them worry about us' he's adapted us to meet their strengths. That's pathetic, negative, management and dooms us to chasing games, not grabbing them by the scruff of the neck.

Poor. 39 games in so have see how it plays out. However we don't go up. Sacked. No debate. We don't go again with him in August.
