Congratulations on promotion. Most Wrexham fans were hoping you stuff those Stockport scruffs, and you did. 👏 As a rough guide we spent around £30-35 million last summer and just missed out on th

I'd snatch your hand off for fourth from bottom right now.  Next season is about staying up unless we get some major investment from somewhere over the summer.

Absolutely no gimmes there. Hope our fans remain realistic first season back.  Would take bottom half and staying up first season.  Whilst winning the FA Cup

London Stadium will be a new ground.

Some of us haven’t forgotten the League Cup game there ☠️

Burnley's a shithole, you should stay at home!

It's a shame that Spurs didn't come down, superleague my arse, & would have been a new ground but it's a consolation that world cup winners West Ham are down, the Essex tits with their wanky cross arms sign.

The downside is that it's an awful away ground now whereas Upton Park was one of the best.

We’d need 14 players.

mid table is probably optimistic, playoffs borderline insane, 21st and above the result we all would take right now.

Hull went from stopping up on goal difference to going up via the play offs a season later whilst under a transfer embargo

Cant be that hard

Wrexham is the only new ground for me. Probably end up being first or last of the season just to make the scramble even worse.

I wouldn't take 21st right now

consolidate and stay up of course yes, but hope not to see us in a relegation scrap of any type

with the manager, new players and board presumably ready to set up a level, definitely got some momentum to keep going

plenty teams in recent years done well after promotion - Sunderland, Ipswich, Sheff Utd, Luton - and Hull just showed there are other ways to get up than having lots of cash

Momentum with the right management and backing can go a long way. I (hope this won’t return to haunt me) am confident we will be better than 4th bottom. Cheeky cup run? Why not… we’re Bolton Wanderers; we’re never dull

Teams who go up in this division tend to stay up. Remember someone will financially implode like they do every season. Nothing to fear

Some quality in that league.I had a laugh at a comment from a Middlesbrough fan on social media on Sunday night congratulating Bolton and asking if the Sweet Green Tavern was still open.MIami will remember that one.It must be pre war since Bolton, West Ham and Millwall were in the same league.Lets see who's taking liberties on each others manors

Remember the league cup 1/4 final down at Upton Park… we were in the Boleyn pub at 5pm the West Ham lads rocked up later spat there dummies out said we were taking liberties, no aggro just a row of 3 vans with slashed tyres after the match… was a tad unfriendly in the ground, no segregation and sat on seat over aisle were 2 Frank Bruno lookalikes… kept my celebrations down to a bare minimum.

from what I read on that forum the other night, Blackburn seem to think it might be them next

They’ve been doing this for the last 15 years! 😂

Out of all the fixtures, this is the one I’m most looking forward to.

What I’d give to see Blackburn away first game of the season. Sun out, 7k Bolton fans, we’re on a full upper whilst they’re exactly the opposite - start next season where we left off this one.

It really is a shit hole Burnley. It's like the like the land that time forgot. Done Burnley many times and really not arsed if I don't get a ticket for that one.

It’s like Bolton. Fucking rank in the built up areas but some of the countryside as you drive beyond the fringes is the best in England.

Can make plans safe in the knowledge the weekends are free!

Also got that new 2 weekend break thing starting next season in September/October.

No going out of the FA Cup in round one, or even round two.

Swansea will take some persuasion

Done Sheff Utd and Derby far too many times but usually a good day out

Don't know, it feels different this time. Last time was a brief respite from a decade of diminishing returns, we spent nothing and stayed up.

I was just too young for the Rioch era but I'm guessing it feels similar to that; certainly I would equate it to when we went up in the Big Sam era.

Not disagreeing, but the first two seasons up there were nailbiters.

The Rioch era was proper build up days with very good players being joined by others & a steady climb. It does have that potential.

Trouble is, & these are easy words to say, I don’t like the Premiership & have little desire to go for it.
