Escobarp Posted October 25, 2020 Posted October 25, 2020 (edited) Just watching unhinged with Russell Crowe . Missus just said I should be able to relate very closely to his character 😁 Edited October 26, 2020 by Escobarp Quote
Escobarp Posted October 25, 2020 Posted October 25, 2020 She’s now apologised. This is one fucked up film Quote
Dimron Posted October 25, 2020 Posted October 25, 2020 Asked my missus what she'd do without me, without blinking she replied "Drink Less" Quote

MickyD Posted October 26, 2020 Posted October 26, 2020 Watched David Attenborough documentary last night. Whilst it isn’t going to turn me into a placard waving vegetarian demonstrator it is absolutely fascinating. Quote

Spent the entire time my left shoot was filmed in the wheelchair, off set as well. Spent a year learning how to track and hunt animals and build canoes for last of the mohicans Spent time in jail researching for in the name of the father Didnt bathe whilst filming The crucible Learned to be a boxer and actually had amateur fights for his role in The Boxer When filming GONY he refused to wear a coat, caught pneumonia and would only want medicine that was available in the times when the film was set. Stayed in character the whole time he filmed Lincoln and even text people as Abraham Lincoln Lived away from his family in a shack for a year filming The Ballad of Jack and Rose The only man to win 3 oscars for best actor. Then he retired from acting to become a cobbler Quote
Not in Crawley Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Any decent horror films on Netflix recommendations? Just watched the Invitation, was ok. Quote
L/H White Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Enjoyed Borat, the end scene with the politician has caused a stir Quote
Not in Crawley Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Watched His House, really recommend it. Quote
tshape Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 Watched Manchester By The Sea last night. Brilliant. Quote
Rudy Posted November 7, 2020 Posted November 7, 2020 The Hateful Eight is incredibly underrated especially in QT’s repertoire. Superb Quote
mickbrown Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 An Inspector Calls. Nipper's idea, GSCE English lit this year. Was bleeding fantastic. Quote
Blondi Posted November 10, 2020 Posted November 10, 2020 Calm with Horses on Netflix, really good Irish film 8/10. Quote
MickyD Posted November 14, 2020 Posted November 14, 2020 Just watched The Rise and Fall of a White Collar Football Hooligan 2. Hadn’t seen the first but I’m guessing you don’t really need to. The very few minutes of football holiganism were shockingly badly acted. Lads plucked off the streets with the promise of £50 or so for looking hard as nails for a few minutes. Quote
mickbrown Posted November 14, 2020 Posted November 14, 2020 Fanny Lye, Delivyr'd. Fucking strange. But in a good way Quote
bolty58 Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 Stag do on Saturday. Besides other entertainment, they screened 'Bikini Jones and the Temple of Eros'. I was surprised to find it was streaming through normal channels and not from a porn site. If you like 'normous norks, you will enjoy. Watching 'My Octopus Teacher' tonight. Rave reviews from my son and a work colleague. Will give it a score out of 10 tomorrow. Quote
Ani Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 Le Mans 66. solid 7/10. Watched on Sky Premier. Do not have to be a petrol head. Also watched Blinded By The Light. About an Asian lad growing up listening to Springsteen. Really enjoyed that as a 8/10. Neither or new films just lockdown films ! Quote
