Smiley Posted December 29, 2012 Author Posted December 29, 2012 Just watched London Boulevard. Bizarre. Had potential but was a bit strange. Anna Friel was looking fine. And getting into Ophelia Lovibond. Quote
Alf Hartigan Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Been cinema and watched Jack Reacher tonight. Had misgivings about Tom cruise playing him, but he does pull it off. And it sticks very closely to the book One Shot. Apart from the seemingly obligatory over the top car chase, I'd give it a 9 out of 10, and hope they do another now. Quote

I wasn't going to watch it because Cruise was the polar opposite of what Reacher is, One Shot is a cracking book, but of its recommended that much I may go see it Quote

Alf Hartigan Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 I'd be surprised I'd you didn't enjoy it sjm. Cruise plays the book character well. If you can get over the height thing. Quote

I've heard he's good in it and at 5 foot 7 1/2 he's nigh on statuesque in my world I shall be going seeing it as soon. Quote
