athywhite1958 Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Unbelievable win tonight, 10-0 at Tempest in the first match in our defence of the Hospital Cup Quote
Carlos Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Some of the goals were class, 3 from outside the box at least. Kicked off at least 10 times, dirty fuckers they were, bit of an embarrassment. Â On the plus side, good hosts, happy that Colls drinking crew had visited. Quote
athywhite1958 Posted July 27, 2015 Posted July 27, 2015 Colls play Salfud Citeh tomorrow night at home, we're hoping the rain stops and we get a decent crowd Quote
Gumbo Posted July 27, 2015 Posted July 27, 2015 Hyde United are 130 years old today and play FCSCUM tomorrow. Quote

Leyther_Matt Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 LR v Colls in the Hospital Cup tonight Quote
Carlos Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 I think LR are in trouble, they've been suspended then reinstated from the league. Their centre-backs went to Radcliffe and Daisy Hill, this could be a goalfest. Quote
athywhite1958 Posted August 5, 2015 Posted August 5, 2015 A good 3-0 win for Colls in the Hospital Cup, Quote
MancWanderer Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Are Tempest United still going??  Used to live in Chew Moor donkeys years ago. Couldn't afford BWFC at the time so used to take the kids on a Saturday to play on the swings while I got leathered on Kilkennys in the clubhouse and watched Tempest and kept an eye on Sky Sports in the bar  One of the blokes behind the bar was him that sued Peter Kay about the Fire Safety Officer episode and the other bloke was a Leeds fan who always wore his Leeds top Quote
Carlos Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 Went last week, they are going strong and had a decent pre-season apart from a 10-0 dicking from the Colls. Manager and half the team are from the leagues above. They won't go any higher playing on a park though. Quote
athywhite1958 Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Colls won 2-0 at Bootle in the FA Cup on Saturday, we play Brighouse (away)Â in the next round in 2 weeks time, a jolly boys outing is on the cards, we are at home tomorrow night (Monday) against Maine Road, Â KO 7:45. Everybody welcome, the bar is open :-) Quote
